Translation and interpretation: Highlight the importance of having an interpreter who is familiar with the field of UX and User research
Persona & Story Board
Our persona was created based on the information we gathered from our interviewees. Lawrence Smith is a 42 years old male who lives in SanFrancisco Bay area working as a user research lead for a large enterprise. His main area of focus is Chinese market and most of his user testing are done in China.
Our storyboard visually predicts and explores a user’s experience with the website. It presents the product very much like a movie in terms of how people will use it. It helped us understand the flow of people’s interaction with the website over time, giving us a clear sense of what’s really important for users.
